Role Summary

This opening is for an early-career agent to support the visa and Umrah desk. The position covers daily processing work such as UAE and Saudi visa applications, Umrah package handling, and coordination of hotel and transport confirmations, all with support from senior team members. It is intended for someone who wants practical exposure to travel operations and is looking to develop strong hands-on experience.

Key Duties

• Manage UAE, Saudi, and third-country visa files from start to finish, ensuring documentation is complete and data is entered accurately.
• Assist with Umrah-related arrangements, including Nusuk and Maqam processing, hotel bookings in Makkah and Madinah, and ground transport coordination.
• Liaise with business partners and direct clients regarding document needs, processing timelines, and application progress.
• Monitor visa status updates each day and highlight any concerns early to prevent delays or issues.
• Keep records updated and support billing tasks, including invoicing and reconciliation work.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with a travel agency, visa centre, or Umrah operator.
• Practical understanding of visa document requirements; familiarity with Nusuk, Maqam, or GDS is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic, Malayalam, Hindi, or Urdu would be an advantage because of the client profile.
• Ability to stay calm and accurate when working under deadlines, as visa processing is time-sensitive and errors can be costly.
• Must already be based in the UAE.
