Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

This position involves overseeing large-scale fulfillment operations aimed at meeting organizational requirements while devising and implementing efficient process solutions. The role requires leading cross-functional teams and managing schedules to support operational metrics effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily inbound and outbound order processing activities.
• Upholding and maintaining established quality standards.
• Overseeing Warehouse Order Management (WOM) and inventory control.
• Supervising and coordinating a large team of executives to ensure operational efficiency.
• Performing physical inventory counts and reconciling inventory with data storage systems.
• Establishing and enforcing strict safety and quality guidelines, aiming for zero accidents or incidents.
• Monitoring Prexo application usage and conducting physical stock counts regularly.
• Managing off-roll executives, Data Entry Operators (DEOs), and Material Handlers (MH) with continuous supervision.
• Planning and organizing manpower rosters to optimize workforce allocation.

Additional Information

The positions are based in several locations: Bangalore (Narsapura), Hyderabad (Shamsabad), Vijayawada, and Chennai, with specific emphasis on Vijayawada for this role. Salary ranges for related executive roles vary from ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month for Executive and FTC positions, and ₹420,000 to ₹500,000 annually for Senior Executives.
