Role Overview

The Console Operator role involves delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the store environment remains clean, fully stocked, and inviting. This position requires adaptability to a fast-paced setting with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including managing inventory and promoting diverse food options along with high-quality barista coffee.

Responsibilities and Schedule

• Provide excellent customer interactions and assistance
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store
• Keep product shelves well stocked and organized
• Operate during overnight shifts adhering to a core schedule:
• Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10 PM to 5 AM

• Physically prepared for extended periods on feet and occasional moderate to heavy lifting
• Availability for flexible hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends
