Role Overview
The Console Operator role involves delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the store environment remains clean, fully stocked, and inviting. This position requires adaptability to a fast-paced setting with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including managing inventory and promoting diverse food options along with high-quality barista coffee.
Responsibilities and Schedule
- Provide excellent customer interactions and assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store
- Keep product shelves well stocked and organized
- Operate during overnight shifts adhering to a core schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10 PM to 5 AM

- Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Physically prepared for extended periods on feet and occasional moderate to heavy lifting
- Availability for flexible hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends
- Eager to learn and actively promote a variety of products and ongoing specials
