Overview

Prism BPO Private Limited is looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator with 3 to 4 years of practical experience in a BPO setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, upkeep, and support of the organization's IT systems including servers, networks, desktops, telephony setups, and end-user assistance.

Key Duties

  • Oversee and administer Windows and Linux servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.
  • Continuously monitor system performance to guarantee maximum system availability.
  • Setup, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and related peripherals.
  • Manage Active Directory services, user accounts, permission sets, and group policy enforcement.
  • Configure and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), Wi-Fi, VPNs, and internet connections.
  • Deliver technical support to staff and address IT issues promptly within established SLAs.
  • Manage data backup routines, disaster recovery plans, and security procedures.

  • Ensure systems comply with antivirus, firewall, and endpoint protection standards.
  • Review system logs and conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills
