Visual Merchandiser

Overview

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 39 hours per week, located at the H&M store in the Pavillions Shopping Centre, Swords, Dublin. The role demands flexibility to work across 7 days including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement visual, commercial, and styling initiatives in accordance with store policies to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
• Analyse sales data, maintain garment care standards, and identify opportunities for visual and commercial improvements in partnership with management.
• Utilise trend and competitor knowledge to coach and support the store team, enabling them to provide excellent customer experiences.

Work Environment

As part of a dynamic store team comprising Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers, you will contribute to creating an inspiring environment for customers and colleagues alike.
