Overview

Truhome Finance Limited invites applications for an engaging Human Resources internship role within their Hyderabad office. This opportunity aims to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions as part of a reputable organization under the Shriram Group umbrella, which has an extensive history spanning nearly 50 years in multiple financial services sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment lifecycle by helping schedule interviews and conducting initial candidate evaluations.
• Support the onboarding of new hires, managing necessary documentation and organizing orientation meetings.
• Keep employee records current by updating HR databases and files.
• Participate in performance management activities such as monitoring evaluations and compiling feedback.
• Aid the HR team in handling employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Facilitate coordination of training sessions and personal development programs for staff members.
• Provide routine administrative assistance to the Human Resources department.

Applicant Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship lasting three months with a start date between July 18, 2026, and August 22, 2026. Candidates should possess relevant interests and skills related to Human Resources.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship offers a monthly stipend between INR 9,000 and INR 10,000, along with the provision of a certificate upon completion.
