  • Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service consistently to all guests.
  • Carry out all assigned outlet duties and tasks as required.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the hotel’s services and products.
  • Build a solid understanding of all food and beverage items offered in the assigned department.
  • Confidently explain items, suggest upgrades, and recommend suitable alternatives to support upselling.
  • Track operating supplies and equipment, and help minimize spoilage and waste.
