Recruitment Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to be based in Indore (Vijay Nagar), leading all stages of recruitment to meet the hiring demands of various industries. This is a full-time position offering a salary aligned with industry standards and immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage large-scale bulk hiring as well as lateral recruitment across diverse sectors.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals to attract potential candidates.
• Screen applicants, shortlist suitable profiles, and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Lead and guide a recruitment team to meet and exceed hiring goals.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Work closely with clients and hiring managers to fully understand recruitment needs.
• Generate and present recruitment performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ensure all candidates receive a professional and positive experience throughout the hiring journey.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s degree in any field is required; an MBA or HR specialization is preferred.
• Proven recruitment or talent acquisition experience ranging between 2 to 5 years.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to manage teams effectively.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in using online job portals and social media networks for sourcing candidates.
• Comfortable working in a high-target, fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
