Accountant

Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Accountant to join Ayuquo Herbals in the Delhi-NCR region. The candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting functions including sales, purchase, and payment entries using Tally software.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate sales and purchase transactions in Tally.
• Manage receipt and payment entries with precision.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain detailed stock and inventory records while overseeing stock movements.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable by monitoring debtors and creditors.
• Prepare and upkeep GST and TDS files ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports and maintain related data primarily using MS Excel.
• Ensure precise bookkeeping to uphold the integrity of financial records.

Essential Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally ERP or Tally Prime software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to manage reports and documentation efficiently.

Remuneration

The offered salary range is between 18,000 to 25,000 INR per month.
