Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Accountant to join Ayuquo Herbals in the Delhi-NCR region. The candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting functions including sales, purchase, and payment entries using Tally software.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate sales and purchase transactions in Tally.
- Manage receipt and payment entries with precision.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain detailed stock and inventory records while overseeing stock movements.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable by monitoring debtors and creditors.
- Prepare and upkeep GST and TDS files ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports and maintain related data primarily using MS Excel.
- Ensure precise bookkeeping to uphold the integrity of financial records.
Essential Requirements
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally ERP or Tally Prime software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to manage reports and documentation efficiently.
Remuneration
The offered salary range is between 18,000 to 25,000 INR per month.
