About The Role
We invite a motivated and well-organized professional to join our team to support the operations of our undergraduate and postgraduate programs. This role demands effective collaboration across both internal and external parties to ensure smooth administrative workflows and deliver a superior student experience.
The successful candidate will have the chance to influence and streamline operational procedures directly related to student achievement, all within a cooperative and progressive work setting that nurtures career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and sustain efficient departmental processes and activities, guaranteeing adherence to prescribed standards and operational effectiveness.
- Serve as a communication bridge between internal teams and external partners with respect to electronic curriculum records, courier applications, and related administrative functions.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries, offering detailed solutions for both common and escalated issues to promote a supportive atmosphere conducive to student success.
- Document and continually refine workflow processes to improve departmental functionality and operational productivity.
- Oversee the operational aspects of curriculum management including approval procedures, updates, course fees administration, academic regulations, quota management, course registration, and acquisition and delivery of course materials, resolving related challenges swiftly and precisely.
- Compile data analyses and generate reports for internal use and external requests, ensuring accuracy and punctual reporting.
- Develop instructional guides, FAQs, and workflow documentation to assist staff and students in navigating new systems effectively.
- Support efforts in data migration and pilot testing of new system features, troubleshooting significant problems before system deployment to ensure smooth implementation and necessary system adjustments.
- Ensure all responsibilities meet the work and service quality standards defined by the University.
- Assist the Manager of Curriculum Administration and undertake additional duties as assigned.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Possess a diploma or degree with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
- Capable of working independently with strong resourcefulness and multitasking abilities.
- A collaborative team member with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience in the higher education sector is advantageous.
