About The Role

  • Respond promptly to student inquiries, offering detailed solutions for both common and escalated issues to promote a supportive atmosphere conducive to student success.
  • Document and continually refine workflow processes to improve departmental functionality and operational productivity.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of curriculum management including approval procedures, updates, course fees administration, academic regulations, quota management, course registration, and acquisition and delivery of course materials, resolving related challenges swiftly and precisely.
  • Compile data analyses and generate reports for internal use and external requests, ensuring accuracy and punctual reporting.
  • Develop instructional guides, FAQs, and workflow documentation to assist staff and students in navigating new systems effectively.
  • Support efforts in data migration and pilot testing of new system features, troubleshooting significant problems before system deployment to ensure smooth implementation and necessary system adjustments.
  • Ensure all responsibilities meet the work and service quality standards defined by the University.
  • Assist the Manager of Curriculum Administration and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Possess a diploma or degree with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
