Role Overview

We are looking for confident HR or recruitment coordinators ready to dive into exciting temporary roles immediately. The position involves handling a large volume of administrative tasks, including processing background checks and onboarding procedures.

• Manage Ministry of Justice and Police Vetting background checks alongside credit checks.
• Work efficiently in handling a high volume of processes.
• Facilitate staff onboarding and generate employment contracts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the organization.
• Serve as the first point of contact for queries from leaders and employees.

Candidate Profile

• Previous recruitment or HR experience is mandatory.
• Familiarity with recruitment procedures is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven with sound judgement skills.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Availability to commence work immediately is essential.
