About the company

The opportunity
This role suits a confident HR or recruitment coordinator who can quickly settle in and contribute to a number of temporary assignments.
Key duties
- Manage administration for Ministry of Justice and Police vetting checks, as well as credit checks.
- Support a role with a very large processing volume.
- Coordinate onboarding and prepare employment contracts.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships across the business.
- Act as the first point of contact to resolve queries from leaders and employees.
About you
- Prior background in recruitment or HR is required.
- You should have practical knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential.
- You work in a structured, detail-focused way and use sound judgement.
- You are comfortable collaborating with others while working quickly across high-volume work.
- You can start immediately.

To be eligible, you must be a New Zealand citizen, a resident, or already hold the right to work in New Zealand with a valid visa.
