Role Overview

As an Operations Executive, you will manage the entire operational cycle of the B2B marketplace with a focus on fulfillment, last-mile logistics, and customer experience. This position demands hands-on involvement, high accountability, and direct influence on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of orders, including capture, fulfillment, invoicing, returns, and post-sale processes.
• Develop operational workflows tailored to B2B requirements such as bulk orders, requests for quotations (RFQs), split deliveries, partial fulfillment, and credit-based customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Logistics, Finance, and Seller teams to transform business needs into scalable operational procedures.
• Define, monitor, and analyze operational key performance indicators including on-time in full (OTIF), fill rates, cancellation rates, return ratios, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, failure points, and financial inefficiencies while driving a culture of continuous enhancement.
• Contribute to business strategy by aligning operational insights with decision-making.

Necessary Qualifications and Skills

• Between 2 and 4 years of experience managing operations or supply chain functions within marketplace environments.
• Proven expertise in handling complex order processes, preferably in B2B, enterprise procurement, or large-scale e-commerce contexts.
• Strong command over operational KPIs and understanding of cost dynamics.
• Adept at thriving in dynamic, fast-moving, and ambiguous settings with a strong ownership mindset.
