About the Role

This position is within Security Operations (SOPs) and presents an exciting chance to work in a vibrant and fast-moving Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. The role involves delivering innovative security solutions across a wide-ranging technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage services related to security infrastructure, including firewall administration, DNS protective mechanisms, incident handling and resolution, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions, and secure VPN management.
Operate independently and take initiative to offer outstanding customer service to a diverse array of agencies with varying needs.
Identify opportunities to enhance current services and implement improvements.
Develop supportive relationships throughout CITEC to effectively perform your duties and assist in delivering SOPs services.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies, evolving security threats, and industry best practices to continuously improve service offerings.
Participate in an out-of-hours on-call roster as required.
