Role overview
The HR Admin supports day-to-day human resources operations and helps keep HR workflows running smoothly, especially when HR leadership is unavailable. This role works closely with employees and managers, supports core HR processes, and helps maintain compliance, documentation, payroll accuracy, and a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
The position covers a wide range of HR administration duties, including process implementation, employee support, recruitment-related coordination, onboarding, training, employee development, coaching, incentives, and disciplinary handling. It also includes assistance with payroll data, timekeeping issues, and communication with managers and IT when records need correction.
Requirements and qualifications
Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in an office environment, with HR exposure preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while additional HR education or certifications are considered an advantage. The role calls for strong organization, discretion, clear communication, sound judgment, and familiarity with employment law, especially EEO requirements. Candidates must also be comfortable using office equipment and handling physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing or walking for extended periods. Professional appearance, punctuality, and willingness to wear a uniform or PPE when required are also expected.
