Human Resources Advisor

About the Role

The HR Business Partner will oversee the complete employee journey for the New Zealand operation, with support extending to plant-level HR activity. This position is based in Auckland and involves hands-on people support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring and employee onboarding processes from start to finish.
• Support staff development activities and performance management processes.
• Help ensure all HR practices align with applicable local employment laws and regulations.
• Plan and drive employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Offer practical HR advice and day-to-day support to both managers and employees.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Required Skills

• Solid knowledge of HR operations and employment legislation.
• Strong written and verbal communication ability.
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style.

Preferred Experience

• Prior exposure to a manufacturing setting or plant-based environment is an advantage.
