Information Technology Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to lead and supervise the company's IT functions, ensuring high availability of systems, smooth integration of business applications, and secure, dependable technology infrastructure that supports daily operations across several locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and sustain the IT infrastructure to guarantee maximum system uptime and reliability.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support for Point of Sale (POS) systems utilized in all branches.
• Develop, improve, and maintain network and enterprise IT systems effectively.
• Lead and manage the IT team by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and promptly resolving technical challenges.
• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time to meet business goals.
• Implement and uphold cybersecurity standards to safeguard company data and systems.
• Administer and optimize ERP and POS platforms, ensuring smooth integration among business software and operations.
• Support integration efforts of POS, ERP, inventory, and other systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor IT system performance, perform troubleshooting, and suggest continual improvements.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify technological requirements and deliver efficient IT solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in organizations with multiple branches.
• Strong practical expertise with ERP, POS systems, network infrastructure, and enterprise IT environments.
• In-depth operational knowledge of POS systems and their integration with inventory and daily business workflows.
• Demonstrated experience integrating ERP, POS, and other business applications.
• Firm understanding of cybersecurity practices, backup methodologies, and IT operational standards.
• Proven leadership, project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communicator capable of managing diverse priorities in dynamic settings.
