About the Role

Tech Pipeline is collaborating with a prominent infrastructure developer based in Jeddah to tackle extensive delays in their internal processes. They require a Scrum Master Intern to assist in coordinating technical assignments essential for reconstructing intricate workflows. The role's focus is on maintaining momentum as the team resolves complex business process issues, ultimately enabling the client to operate independently.

The client’s existing internal tools have become inadequate, with approval processes lost within extensive email discussions and data fragmented across multiple disconnected systems. In this fully remote role, you will guide engineers and analysts to remain coordinated during the identification of integration gaps and the redevelopment of routing protocols. Your responsibility includes managing the team's progress as backlogs are clarified and ensuring the readiness of the client’s updated systems for operational use.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily team check-ins to maintain clarity on priorities and challenges.
• Organize and enhance the product backlog related to infrastructure project tasks.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all task tickets with links to logs or error details.
• Prepare revised standard operating procedures and routing guidelines for client understanding.
• Monitor team capacity to prioritize critical integration gaps effectively.
• Support the handover process so the client can independently oversee the new system.
• Track progress during the initial month of live deployment to verify solution stability.
• Collect specific data for weekly reports demonstrating reductions in operational inefficiencies.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Scrum methodologies or other common project management frameworks.
• Outstanding written communication skills for documenting technical processes and modifications.
• Attention to detail with a questioning mindset when confronted with inconsistent data.
• Experience using task management tools such as Jira, Trello, or equivalents.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively in a fully remote setup.
• Comfort with technical topics and eagerness to learn about data pipelines.
• Patience and persistence dealing with complex multi-team and multi-system business processes.

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to business operations or supply chain principles through academic projects or coursework.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts like APIs, databases, or cloud computing logic.
• Background in fields requiring high precision such as data analysis or finance.
