Accounts Executive

Role Overview

Transecur Telematics Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and generate financial reports. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and ERP/Tally systems.

Key Duties

• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Manage billing and invoicing activities
• Prepare, submit, and reconcile GST returns
• Ensure TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances are adhered to
• Perform bank reconciliations and financial statement preparations
• Create MIS reports and contribute to budgeting efforts
• Handle vendor account management and payment reconciliations
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for audits
• Maintain precise accounting records utilizing ERP or Tally software
• Generate reports utilizing advanced functionalities in MS Excel

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting roles
• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance regulations
• Proficient in managing multiple invoices, bills, and reconciliations
• Expertise in Tally or ERP systems and advanced MS Excel
• Educational background: B.Com, M.Com, or an MBA in Finance
