AppSec Engineer - AI Trainer

Role overview

This position lets experienced cybersecurity professionals contribute to AI system improvement while working remotely and organizing their own schedule. The work focuses on making AI outputs in the security domain more accurate and practical by checking them against real-world expertise.

You will collaborate with advanced AI models on security-related tasks, review machine-generated content, solve technical problems, and share feedback that helps refine how these systems respond to real threats and defenses. Some people use this as a side engagement alongside another full-time role, while others make it their main work.

How selection works

After creating an account, you complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If you pass, you receive confirmation by email and paid tasks are then made available through the platform.

What the work involves

The assignment is remote, done on your own computer, and built around flexible task choice. Pay is hourly, with rates starting at $50 to $100+ per hour, and some projects may include bonus pay.

Additional information

This role is handled as an independent contractor arrangement. Payment is processed through PayPal. No payment or fee is ever requested from applicants.
