About the Role

Responsibilities
- Handle customer service operations within BPO, healthcare, claims processing, or collections sectors, drawing on 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Manage complex customer issues and escalations effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure resolutions.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to independently resolve cases and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and manage coordination across departments.
- Employ proficiency in MS Office, web tools, email platforms, and data management systems.
- Adapt to a 24x7 operational environment with flexibility.
Candidate Profile
- Strong command of English communication, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated capability in customer handling and managing escalations tactfully.
- Sharp analytical thinking with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare claims and insurance processes is advantageous.
