Overview

The Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA) plays a crucial role in ensuring that store products are consistently stocked and attractively merchandised to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Prioritizing safety, accuracy, and efficiency, the MEA helps maintain store presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement price updates, product rotations, and participate in special projects aimed at enhancing product displays to satisfy supplier requirements and optimize customer engagement.
• Execute merchandising strategies that effectively showcase products to boost sales figures.
• Construct and maintain displays and fixtures using both basic hand tools and power tools; update display materials, signage, and brochures accordingly.
• Collaborate as part of a team under on-site supervision, servicing multiple departments which involves physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment.
• Foster strong relationships with store colleagues and deliver excellent service to both internal team members and customers.
• Positions are available during the day and overnight hours, with options for full-time or part-time employment.
