Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Test Centre Administrator to supervise candidates and facilitate smooth test execution at Prometric test centers located in IFSC and Santry, Dublin. This part-time permanent position entails approximately 25.5 working hours per month, spread across Monday to Saturday shifts.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome test candidates and visitors as they arrive at the center.
- Conduct necessary security checks including identification and verification of license eligibility.
- Continuously monitor candidates during tests through periodic walk-throughs to maintain a secure environment.
- Manage the sign-in and sign-out process of candidates within the testing area.
- Document any irregularities or concerns through detailed reports.
- Maintain physical security by managing locks and security systems; responsible for the facility keys as needed.
- Operate testing center hardware and related equipment efficiently.
- Assist operational and technical teams with data communication tasks.
- Use surveillance tools such as DVRs, digital cameras, telephone, and alarm systems when required.
- Participate actively in quality assurance, audits, and company initiatives as a collaborative team member.
- Keep the testing center neat and ensure a clean environment.
- Promote workplace safety by identifying and reporting health and safety issues.
- Undergo and complete required accreditation exams and participate in training sessions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Flexibility to adapt work hours and cover duties at other test centers as necessary.
- Prior experience in customer service roles.
- Strong commitment to fulfilling responsibilities and requests from management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to function effectively within a team setting.
