About the internship
This in-office internship is with an environmental technology company focused on turning organic waste into value through BOSS (Bio Organic Smart System). The Bengaluru team works on waste processing and sustainability services for hotels, hospitals, apartment communities, institutions, corporates, municipal projects, government departments, and other bulk waste generators.
The role supports client acquisition, field engagement, BWG enrolment, proposal preparation coordination, customer relationship handling, and execution support for organic waste processing projects.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out field surveys, generate leads, support BWG enrolment, and complete follow-up visits.
- Visit hotels, apartments, hospitals, institutions, and other assigned sites within the target area.
- Report to the Senior Marketing Manager / BDO and submit daily visit updates along with lead status reports.

This internship is open only to candidates who can join as full-time, in-office interns, are able to begin between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026, and can commit to a 6-month duration.

Requirements
- Comfort with daily fieldwork, client follow-ups, data reporting, and goal-based execution.
- Ability to generate leads, conduct market surveys, collect data, and support enrolment activities.
- Willingness to work across hotels, hospitals, apartments, institutions, government departments, facility management companies, and corporates.
Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 30,000 to 45,000, made up of fixed pay of INR 15,000 to 25,000 and incentive pay of INR 15,000 to 20,000.
