About the Role

TalentPop App seeks a dedicated Amazon E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support and enhance our Amazon Seller Central activities remotely. This role involves managing product listings, analyzing marketplace data, overseeing inventory, and ensuring account health on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize Amazon product listings by improving titles, bullet points, and A+ content to maximize visibility and sales conversion.
Track crucial performance metrics such as Best Seller Rank, impressions, and conversion rates, compiling weekly analytical reports.
Manage and balance FBA and FBM inventories diligently to avoid stock shortages or overstocks.
Submit cases to Amazon Seller Support for resolution of issues, policy questions, and maintaining account health.
Perform competitor benchmarking and keyword research to uncover new product avenues and improve current listing prominence.
Oversee and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and monitor brand health indicators on Amazon.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum one year of practical experience using Amazon Seller Central.
Comprehensive understanding of Amazon’s policies, ranking algorithms, and listing optimization techniques.
Experience with Amazon research tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for managing intricate data and inventory systems.
Excellent written communication capabilities for crafting compelling product listings and professional correspondences.
Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Technical Needs

Steady internet connection, at least 25 Mbps for both upload and download speeds.
A personal computer or laptop equipped with at least an Intel i5 processor.
