Role Overview

We are actively seeking skilled professionals in architecture and design—including architectural designers, architects, BIM modelers, drafters, and interior designers—to engage in paid, remote contract projects. These assignments are project-based, fully asynchronous, and flexibly scheduled to align with your expertise and availability.

Key Responsibilities and Scope

Creation of Revit documentation and comprehensive permit/CD sheet sets.
Development of schedules, interior design layouts, and space planning solutions.
Production of detailed models, sheet sets, and complete documentation packages reflecting your professional capabilities.

Role Details

This is a contract opportunity, conducted entirely remotely and asynchronously.
Payment is commensurate with experience, ranging from $60 to $120 per hour.
Engagements are designed around your existing commitments, with new prospects appearing as projects commence.

Preferred Tools and Expertise

Experience with software such as Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, Lumion, Chief Architect, or 2020 Design is highly valued.

Requirements

A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience, including freelance, agency, or in-house roles.
Strong practical command of your field's professional software.
Ability to articulate your work process clearly, explaining what you create, how you approach tasks, and how you assess quality.
