Role Overview

As a C1 Driver, you will be the reliable person ensuring the continuous operation of vital UK industries by safely and efficiently carrying out servicing, inspections, minor repairs, and chemical waste collection and delivery. The role requires problem-solving, customer interaction, and a strong focus on safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and service parts washers, ensuring equipment is clean, checked, and running safely and effectively to keep customers compliant and operational.
• Carry out waste collection and product delivery safely, managing and transporting chemicals according to procedures.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address issues before breakdowns occur.
• Interact directly with customers on-site, fostering trust and consistently ensuring high standards are met at every visit.
• Perform repairs and part replacements with full training and continuous development to enhance technical competence.
• Use digital tools to document service activities and record significant findings accurately.
• Continuously look for service improvements, risk mitigation, or smarter operational methods during visits.

• Prefers hands-on, practical work in a field-based role rather than desk-based work.

• Possession of a 7.5 tonne driving licence is preferred.
