About the Role
This opportunity is offered by Skypath Solutions India Pvt Ltd for a full-time Client Servicing Executive position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Proficient English communication skills are essential.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential clients using cold calling, networking, online platforms, and thorough market research.
- Deliver product demonstrations and tailor pitches to align with the distinct requirements of prospective clients.
- Oversee the entire sales process including lead generation, negotiation of commercial terms, and finalizing contracts.
- Keep accurate records of all client communications and sales metrics within CRM software for effective pipeline management.
- Work collaboratively with internal operations and support teams to facilitate a seamless conversion of prospects to active clients.
- Consistently achieve or surpass set targets for revenue generation and client acquisition on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
