Role Overview

As a Driver Team Leader, you will contribute to advancing global supply chain innovations, leveraging smart warehousing and autonomous delivery technologies. You will thrive within a collaborative, ownership-driven environment focused on achieving high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Break down regional business objectives into team-specific KPIs relating to personnel efficiency and staffing levels.
• Develop and execute detailed work plans, track progress, analyze operational metrics, and drive continuous improvements.
• Engage in warehouse layout planning, map product flow, and optimize warehousing management systems and procedures.
• Supervise daily operations including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and security compliance, ensuring teams follow protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments, manage emergency situations, and maintain smooth warehouse functioning.
• Monitor operational costs, analyze discrepancies, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
• Oversee monthly inventory audits, conduct operational training, and foster compliance and execution excellence.
