Overview
This Executive Assistant role, based onsite in San Francisco, CA, involves providing comprehensive administrative support to leaders in the team and functional areas. The position is a contract initially for 6 months or more, with potential to extend. The hourly pay rate is $60.63 on a W2 basis, and benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
Role Responsibilities
- Offer proactive and anticipatory administrative support, managing schedules and leading workstreams as well as function-wide events and coordination among teams.
- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and enhancing organizational systems.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and adapt delivery based on the audience while representing leadership accurately.
- Work independently with sound judgment, managing complex calendars and organizing team and function-wide activities including travel planning and expense management.
- Establish strong cross-functional collaboration and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Prepare and manage data and reporting at the team and function level ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Candidate Profile and Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience supporting senior-level executives such as Directors or VPs.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and familiarity with budget tracking and expense software.
- Willingness or experience in utilizing AI tools like Claude to streamline daily tasks.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication capabilities both verbal and written, adept at fostering collaboration across departments.
- Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling sensitive issues.
