Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Create workforce reports, dashboards, and insightful people analytics.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp their reporting needs.
- Develop reporting solutions leveraging People and business systems.
- Examine trends, detect exceptions, and identify data quality improvement areas.
- Provide support for executive, board, audit, and external reporting obligations.
- Lead automation initiatives and enhance ongoing reporting processes.
Requirements
- Experience handling workforce and people-related data.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Power BI and Oracle Fusion FAIDP.
- Prior work involvement with large, intricate organizations preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle, Oracle Fusion, or SQL is beneficial.
- Demonstrated skills in refining processes and improving reporting results.
- Strong discretion and judgment when working with confidential employee data.
