Responsibilities

• Create workforce reports, dashboards, and insightful people analytics.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp their reporting needs.
• Develop reporting solutions leveraging People and business systems.
• Examine trends, detect exceptions, and identify data quality improvement areas.
• Provide support for executive, board, audit, and external reporting obligations.
• Lead automation initiatives and enhance ongoing reporting processes.

Requirements

• Experience handling workforce and people-related data.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Power BI and Oracle Fusion FAIDP.
• Prior work involvement with large, intricate organizations preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Oracle Fusion, or SQL is beneficial.
• Demonstrated skills in refining processes and improving reporting results.
• Strong discretion and judgment when working with confidential employee data.
