Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, the HR Executive serves a key function as a business partner to various department heads, ensuring smooth HR operations consistent with organizational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Head of Departments and Team Leads to oversee the complete recruitment cycle—from monitoring unit headcounts through sourcing, interviewing candidates, proposing salaries, and facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Engage with educational institutions and recruitment agencies to organize hiring drives and outreach efforts to meet workforce demands.
- Manage employee relations including addressing disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and performance concerns.
- Offer timely guidance to employees concerning HR policies and procedures, aimed at improving communication, engagement, and workforce performance.
- Coordinate and document minutes for staff engagement events.
- Administer work pass submissions and renewals for foreign employees and manage related compliance matters.
- Support significant HR activities such as performance reviews and the annual declaration process.
- Contribute to HRIS system testing as required.
- Participate in HR process enhancement projects, conduct surveys, and undertake other HR administrative responsibilities as assigned.
