About the Company
Aspire Manpower Services is seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist on behalf of a respected client in the UAE. This role requires a proactive HR expert who will oversee recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, and daily HR functions, ensuring adherence to UAE Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Draft and prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in an organized manner.
- Arrange and facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Manage attendance tracking, leave records, and provide inputs necessary for payroll processing.
- Coordinate visa applications, Emirates ID processing, medical appointments, and other employee documentation requirements.
- Support performance management initiatives and promote employee engagement activities.
- Provide responses to employee inquiries and foster positive workplace relations.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labour regulations and company policies.
- Prepare various HR reports and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives.
Qualifications and Required Skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Possess between 2 and 5 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to the UAE labor market.
- Have robust knowledge of UAE Labour Law and human resource best practices.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding processes, payroll coordination, and general HR administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HRMS/ERP software systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
