Job Overview

This role calls for a motivated Regional Manager focusing on Center Operations across emerging cities to oversee multiple centers ensuring outstanding member experience, operational excellence, and effective team management. The position demands translating strategic goals into consistent execution, fostering strong leadership, and delivering operational improvements across a rapidly expanding network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture the operations team by mentoring Cluster Managers to boost team performance, enhance leadership qualities, promote accountability, and encourage ongoing improvement.
• Manage operational and people metrics across assigned centers by assessing performance gaps and ensuring efficient workforce management to optimize productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Consistently enhance member experience through improved service standards, timely complaint handling, and retention strategies.
• Maintain high operational standards by adhering to SOPs, ensuring audit compliance, and driving process improvements to achieve reliable and safe operations.
• Oversee preparation for launching new centers and cities by coordinating hiring, onboarding, training, and operational stabilization activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Training, Facilities, Product, and Support teams to overcome operational hurdles, implement strategic plans, and boost network-wide performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5 to 10 years' experience managing multi-site operations in sectors like retail, fitness, hospitality, healthcare, QSR, or other consumer-facing industries.
• Proven track record in leading frontline managers and managing teams across various locations.
• Strong leadership capabilities combined with a focus on coaching and accountability to enhance team performance.
• Capable of structured problem-solving and analytical decision-making based on data insights.
• Experience handling multiple priorities and delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the designated cities.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL and business intelligence tools is advantageous.
