SME PAISA is a corporate finance advisory firm specializing in funding solutions tailored for MSMEs across India. We facilitate a range of financial products including Working Capital, Loan Against Property, Business Loans, Trade Finance, Invoice Discounting, and Structured Finance through consultative guidance. In our digital transformation journey, we are constructing the SME PAISA DIGIVERSE — an AI-driven fintech ecosystem integrating CRM platforms, AI agents, automation, analytics, marketing tech, and customer engagement tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company's corporate website and multiple web portals supporting customers, associates, lenders, and administrators.
• Create responsive, SEO-oriented web applications and landing pages optimized for lead generation and conversions ensuring cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
• Build and enhance modules such as loan calculator tools, customer dashboards, document upload portals, referral management, and credit application tracking systems.
• Integrate CRM platforms with internal applications and develop APIs that connect CRM, WhatsApp Business, email, SMS, telephony, and AI workflows to automate lead management and follow-ups.
• Design and implement secure RESTful APIs with integrations to banking, payments, e-signature, KYC, document verification, and other third-party services.
• Architect scalable backend databases, optimize performance, ensure secure backend services with logging and auditing, and implement role-based access control.
• Adhere to high standards of security and compliance including secure coding, data encryption, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and adherence to Indian financial data protection regulations.
• Optimize application performance, manage cloud deployments with CI/CD pipelines, and monitor system health encompassing uptime, logs, and backups.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing, credit, operations, and management teams and contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, and documentation.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js or Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Express.js, Python (especially for AI integrations), RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and caching with Redis.
• Familiarity with cloud and DevOps tools including AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, Docker, Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Linux server administration, and Nginx.
• Knowledge of AI and automation development such as OpenAI API integration, AI chatbot creation, workflow automation, basic prompt engineering, CRM automation, and API orchestration via webhooks.
• Competence in using tools like Git, Postman, Figma, Jira, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

Preferred Background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/B.E. preferred).
• 3 to 6 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Prior work experience in fintech, banking, SaaS, CRM, or financial service platforms is advantageous.
• Exposure to AI-powered applications and automation workflows is a plus.
