Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve various coffee drinks and café items following the company's quality guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café and especially at workstations.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and deliver excellent service.
• Manage billing processes and assist the cashier when necessary.
• Monitor and handle stock appropriately, ensuring neat and attractive product displays.
• Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
