Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve various coffee drinks and café items following the company's quality guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café and especially at workstations.
- Address customer inquiries professionally and deliver excellent service.
- Manage billing processes and assist the cashier when necessary.
- Monitor and handle stock appropriately, ensuring neat and attractive product displays.
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

The position is based in Gurgaon, Cyberhub, Delhi-NCR region.
