About the Role
This role involves crafting and serving coffee, beverages, and café products in alignment with company standards to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the café and at all workstations is essential to uphold a safe and pleasant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve various coffee drinks and café items following the company's quality guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café and especially at workstations.
- Address customer inquiries professionally and deliver excellent service.
- Manage billing processes and assist the cashier when necessary.
- Monitor and handle stock appropriately, ensuring neat and attractive product displays.
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Location
The position is based in Gurgaon, Cyberhub, Delhi-NCR region.
