Overview

Granite World is seeking a dedicated Relationship Officer to manage and nurture client connections in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The role involves serving as the main contact point for assigned clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring top-level service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with your allocated clients.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, guaranteeing prompt and effective communication and assistance.
• Gain a thorough understanding of client preferences and requirements to tailor personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide uninterrupted service delivery.
• Actively seek opportunities to boost client satisfaction and ensure retention.
• Address client issues, complaints, or escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Keep detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and relationship history.
• Perform consistent follow-ups and relationship assessments.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all client interactions.
• Ensure accurate upkeep of important personal data such as Date of Birth and Anniversary.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary range between 15,000 and 30,000 INR.
