Overview
Granite World is seeking a dedicated Relationship Officer to manage and nurture client connections in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The role involves serving as the main contact point for assigned clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring top-level service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with your allocated clients.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, guaranteeing prompt and effective communication and assistance.
- Gain a thorough understanding of client preferences and requirements to tailor personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide uninterrupted service delivery.
- Actively seek opportunities to boost client satisfaction and ensure retention.
- Address client issues, complaints, or escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Keep detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and relationship history.
- Perform consistent follow-ups and relationship assessments.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all client interactions.
- Ensure accurate upkeep of important personal data such as Date of Birth and Anniversary.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary range between 15,000 and 30,000 INR.
