About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Lead to oversee all operational functions at our Sephora store located at 115 Maple Avenue, Unit F001, Milton, ON. This full-time, regular position involves managing the entire Operations team, supporting staffing efforts for various operational groups including the overnight stock team, and ensuring smooth overall store execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence by leading and ensuring all store processes meet company standards.
  • Oversee inventory management activities such as shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, and cycle counts, ensuring adherence to company policies and timelines.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and on-stage presentation; supervise and provide guidance to cleaning crews to meet agreed cleanliness standards.
  • Manage supply needs by maintaining budgets and appropriate quantities for testers, samples, and other store supplies.
  • Participate in performance management of the operations team, providing timely feedback and following up on improvement plans.
  • Serve regularly as Manager on Duty, actively engaging with Beauty Advisors and customers on the sales floor.
  • Develop and implement budget strategies with expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and other controllable expenses.
