Associate Test Technician

Job Overview

Element Materials Technology is currently seeking an Associate Test Technician to join their growing team based in Kaki Bukit, Singapore. This role involves executing a range of standard and occasional testing tasks within the assigned department, ensuring accurate and prompt test results under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and upkeep of geotechnical instruments such as inclinometers, piezometers, and settlement markers.
• Gather and document monitoring data from field sites.
• Regularly inspect instruments to verify proper functionality.
• Help in the preparation of reports and data summaries.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and site-specific regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and project members to facilitate monitoring activities.
• Maintain organization and readiness of instruments and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in testing or related areas.
• Fundamental understanding of testing procedures and proficiency with computers.
• Prior experience working in the construction sector.
• Strong commitment to quality and resilience in meeting deadlines under challenging conditions with minimal supervision.
• Self-driven team player possessing excellent organizational and communication abilities.
