Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities
- Take ownership and expand within a specified geographic territory.
- Engage directly with healthcare practitioners through in-person visits to build strong connections.
- Oversee the entire sales process from identifying prospects to onboarding new clients.
- Gain insight into clinical workflows and detect operational challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training activities.
- Work closely with product teams, marketing, and commercial leaders to develop market entry strategies.
Candidate Qualifications
- Some prior experience in sales, business development, or roles involving customer interaction.
- Comfort and proficiency in outbound prospecting and establishing relationships in the field.
- Fluent communication abilities in both German and English.
- Interest in the healthcare sector or medical device industry.
- Proactive, resilient, and driven by desires for impact and personal growth.
Preferred Attributes
- Background in field sales or managing sales territories.
- Familiarity with healthcare settings or industries with regulatory oversight.
- Experience using digital products or SaaS platforms.
