Role overview
Amazon is hiring a Customer Service Associate for an office-based role in Delhi/Noida. This position is focused on helping customers quickly and accurately while delivering a positive support experience. The role is contractual and based in a work-from-office setup.
What the role involves
You will be the first touchpoint for customers and will handle questions, concerns, and requests across phone, chat, and/or email. The work covers a wide range of topics such as order issues, product-related queries, payment concerns, and guidance on using the website. You’ll use internal tools to research, navigate information, and work toward effective resolutions.
How you are expected to work
Amazon does not expect scripted conversations or memorized responses. Instead, you will be trained to think through customer problems and use your own communication style to provide helpful support. The focus is on preventing issues where possible, resolving queries, and creating a strong customer experience.

Basic qualifications

- You must be available to work different shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
- You must be willing to work rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime when required
Interview and identity verification terms
During the interview process and, where applicable, during employment, you consent to the recording of your video and audio for assessment proctoring and identity verification. You also agree that Amazon or people authorized by Amazon may take and store a screenshot of your face for internal records and ongoing identity checks. In addition, you may be asked to present a government-issued ID other than Aadhaar that includes your photograph, and a screenshot of that ID may also be captured for internal recordkeeping and verification purposes.
