About the Role
This role involves providing essential support within the Finance & Accounts department, focusing on accurate cost estimation, variance analysis, and meticulous record-keeping. The position is based in Madhya Pradesh and requires a full-time, onsite commitment.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Prepare and submit daily Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Generate daily cost estimates for Power and Metal, including analysis of Receipt vs. Fired CV (Calorific Value).
- Conduct weekly cost variance analysis.
- Develop monthly projections to supplement daily cost reporting.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly MIS reports.
- Create monthly cost sheets for Power, Metal, and Anode for senior management review.
- Maintain accurate cost and inventory records, ensuring proper documentation.
- Process and verify expense allocations within the Ekayan system.
- Engage in physical inventory verification processes.
- Manage cost accounts and records in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Participate in monthly raw material stock-taking activities.
- Ensure thorough documentation for all physical inventory records.
- Maintain detailed cost records.
