Job description

Role Overview

The organisation is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead and grow the business ecosystem built around a celebrity artist. This leadership role focuses on turning the artist’s creative direction into measurable commercial outcomes through strategy, partnerships, revenue expansion, talent operations, product initiatives, and digital growth.

Based in Delhi and reporting to the Founder, the CEO will oversee the full business engine behind the brand, ensuring strong profitability, scalable systems, and a consistent public image across all channels.

Business Strategy and Growth

You will shape and execute long-range growth plans for the brand, identify fresh income opportunities such as masterclasses, academies, products, endorsements, and international ventures, and prepare annual business plans with expansion roadmaps.

Brand and Reputation Leadership

A major part of the role is safeguarding and elevating the celebrity’s personal brand. This includes managing public relations, media interactions, reputation protection, and public-facing appearances while keeping the brand message aligned everywhere it appears.

Partnerships and Business Development

The CEO will build commercial relationships with beauty, fashion, luxury, and lifestyle brands, close endorsement and campaign deals, and maintain strong connections with agencies, celebrities, production houses, and event partners.

Financial Ownership

This role carries end-to-end responsibility for profitability and business performance. You will prepare budgets, forecast revenue, track margins, and evaluate costs and return on investment across the different business verticals.

Team and Talent Leadership

You will lead teams across marketing, sales, operations, academy functions, and talent management. The role also involves hiring and developing senior leaders, setting clear KPIs, and driving accountability across the organisation.

Digital and Social Media Expansion

The CEO will guide content planning and digital monetisation efforts while driving audience growth on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. The role also includes building collaborations with creators and influencers to expand reach and engagement.

Events, Bookings and Talent Operations

Responsibilities include supervising celebrity bookings, appearances, workshops, masterclasses, and international tours. You will manage contracts, negotiations, and schedules to ensure smooth execution and positive client and brand experiences.

Operations, Systems and Compliance

This position requires creating standard operating procedures, building reliable operational systems, and overseeing legal, HR, vendor, and compliance matters so that the business runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate brings 10 to 20+ years of leadership experience and has worked in celebrity management, talent management, beauty, fashion, luxury, entertainment, media, or personal branding. A strong network across brands, agencies, media, and entertainment is important, along with a proven record of growing revenue and scaling businesses.

Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be measured by business growth, brand partnership value, profitability, audience expansion on social platforms, client retention, successful events and masterclasses, team performance, and entry into new markets.

Preferred Industry Background

Experience in celebrity management, talent management, beauty and cosmetics, fashion and luxury, media and entertainment, or influencer marketing will be particularly valuable.
